Together with the discharge of the Simulator, Bancor is introducing a sequence of Bancor Simulator Tutorials taking place stay on Discord.

Launched in August, the Bancor Simulator is an open-source python package deal developed by Bancor Analysis. It goals to help the design, testing and validation of Bancor protocol updates.

Bancor Simulator Tutorials

9x Stay tutorials might be scheduled at 12PM EST Monday, Wednesday, Friday for the following 3 weeks, across the “Fundamentals of Bancor V3 Simulations” with Mark Richardson and Mike Casale, permitting everybody to discover ways to use the simulator and create their very own simulations:

(1) State Machines, State Variables, Containers and Interface:

⁃ 2 classes: Conceptual/Idea, Utilized

⁃ Covers state machine ideas and corresponding code in state.py.

(2) Bancor dApp and Simulator Interface:

⁃ Covers the highest stage BancorDapp class which is the primary end-user interface for interacting with the simulator and corresponds to code in community.py.

(3) Consumer Actions and State Transition Capabilities :

⁃ 4 classes: Conceptual/Idea, Utilized Trades, Utilized Deposits, Utilized Withdrawals

⁃ Covers person actions akin to trades, deposits, and withdrawals throughout the context of state transition perform ideas and corresponding code in actions.py.

(4) Customary and Auto-Compounding Rewards :

⁃ 2 classes: Customary Rewards, Auto-compounding Rewards

⁃ Covers easy methods to create and run reward simulations with a concentrate on corresponding code in rewards.py.
